Introducing OriginTM Enterprise
Our clients and the CDISC community have been asking us for a collaborative version of our highly successful Origin TM design tools for some time now and, because we listen and learn, that's exactly what we are going to deliver in 2010! Development is well underway and we expect a Beta version of Origin EnterpriseTM by June of this year. We are certain they won't be disappointed and perhaps you’ll be interested too?
Happy New Year!

We'd like to start 2010 by first of all wishing all of our loyal clients and partners a very happy and prosperous New Year.

We're guessing that, like us, you have lots of plans about what you want to achieve in 2010 and we’d be very interested in hearing what they are and if we are able to help you in some way to achieve your goals? Send an email to wecanhelp@formedix.com explaining what you are looking for and we'll get back to you with a solution.

Meeting our clients and partners, old and new

If you want to meet us in person, either for the first time, or to cement an existing relationship, there are a number of ways to do so:

Conferences are always a great opportunity to see us, and in 2010 we expect to be exhibiting and presenting at a number of events including various CDISC interchanges and user groups, the DIA Annual Meeting and the SCDM Fall Conference.

If you prefer a one to one discussion, our Business Development Team are always in your area and we are happy to come out to your office to give you a face-to-face presentation on our CDISC software and services. You can download a demo version of one of our OriginTM design tools from our website and we would be more than happy to follow up with a free one-to-one tutorial. We can then tailor our explanation to show how they will save time and money for you and your organisation.

Developing New Alliances

We are working with several major EDC providers and as a result we have a number of TransformTMintegration plug-ins for our Origin Study ModellerTM tool. These allow us to export proprietary metadata for a variety of EDC systems.

Furthermore, for those of you still collecting some or all of your study data using paper forms, you can use our Transform for PaperTM plug-in with Origin Study ModellerTM to design your study database and then output a set of your own personalised print and annotated submission ready data capture forms!

In 2010, we aim to extend our suite of Formedix TransformTM plug-ins so that whatever your EDC system, we can offer an appropriate plug-in for Formedix Study ModellerTM making Origin Study ModellerTM a universal design tool. Key benefits - reduction in proprietary EDC design tool training time.

Providing New Services

In 2009 we rolled out our new Define.pdf generation service to compliment our existing Define.xml service. The aim being to provide reviewers with human-readable and machine-readable submission documentation. This service has been very well received and a number of our clients have now completed successful submissions!

Remember if you want to carry out Define.xml creation on your own - we offer a point and click dataset design tool, Origin Submission ModellerTM, which produces Define.xml and allows the establishment of libraries for drag and drop dataset re-use from study to study.

In 2010, we hope to assist more and more of you to do the same. Call us and we'll explain just how cost effective our Define.xml / Define.pdf generation service and tools can be for your own organisation!

So all in all – it's great to be back in 2010 and we look forward to helping you achieve greater success in this and years to come!
